Congratulation to the Lisbon/Mt Vernon Ambulance Service as they celebrate 50 years of service! Did you know they have 34 members and last year they had 1022 calls? This is definitely a needed local service.
Watch for construction to start soon on the 30 unit Cottonwood Apartments going South of the Catholic Church. This complex will include some low-moderate income apartments for seniors as well as some market rate units.
Watch for ground preparation happening around town as we prepare for some prairie sites in the parks and trails.
Upcoming events include- City Clean Up Day on April 27th. No Mow May, with more signage this year, and Chalk the Walk on May 4th and 5th!
