Mount Vernon Dog License

Mount Vernon pet owners must register their dog with the city, even if they are an indoor dog. The cost of a dog license is $10.00 per dog. If your dog is microchipped, it is only $5.00. If you are 62 years of age or older, you will be granted one free license.
