Golf Cart Renewal

To renew a golf cart with the city, complete the online form below or print and fill out the attached form and bring it to the Mount Vernon – Lisbon Police Department. You will also need to submit a copy of your insurance, a copy of your driver’s license, and the $25 fee. For questions, contact the Police Department at 319-895-6141.

If you prefer, you can manually print and fill out the form. Return your completed form to City Hall.
