To register a new golf cart with the city, print and fill out the attached form and bring it to the Mount Vernon – Lisbon Police Department. You will also need to bring a copy of your insurance, a copy of your driver’s license, and the $25 fee. If you are needing to renew a golf cart permit, please use the renewal form.
