Automatic Payment Form – Utility Billing

Your City of Mount Vernon water/sewer utility bill can be automatically deducted from your checking account each month. To do so, complete this form and return it to City Hall. Your payment will be deducted from your account on the 15th of each month. You will still receive a copy of your water bill every month, but it will say “AUTO DRAFT DO NOT PAY.”
