To register a new golf cart with the city, print and fill out the attached form and bring it to the Mount Vernon – Lisbon Police Department. You will also need to bring a copy of your insurance, a copy of your driver’s license, and the $25 fee. After submitting the form, an officer will contact you to schedule an inspection of the vehicle. You will receive your permit only after the vehicle has been approved.
